Dell&#8217;Aquilla, and Joseph Martin \u2014 was a neighbor of the Pryor family on North Washington Street and, according to Richard Pryor, the only proprietor on the block whose brothel offered white prostitutes.<\/p>\n<p>Like Bris Collins and Harold Parker, Joe Eagle was prosecuted by the law in the era of reform.
