Interestingly, her appeal was turned down by a 2-1 vote, but with the dissenting vote being &#8220;very strong.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Tragically, one line of argument of her appeal \u2014 that she was too sick to serve time \u2014 proved prophetic.
