Prostitution Case Fines Total $700

Even though Peoria had changed around them, Buck continued to manage prostitutes up until the time of his death. Economic opportunities were scarce, and even the prostitution business was not as lucrative as it had once been.

At the same time, fines and short jail sentences were the only deterrents from having women turn tricks in Peoria.
